ARSENAL GUNS DOWN LIVERPOOL

Dear Gunners,

WOW!What a match...full of entertainment..exciting moves & skills..fast & furious. Pat on the back for both managers Arsene Wenger dan Rafa Benitez for their attitude encouraging attacking and beautiful football in their team display during the Carling Cup 4th round at the Emirates last night.

For me, to stay awake and drive to the nearest mamak restaurant in town from 4 am till 5.30 am in the morning with two cups of tea and a bowl of maggie to watch the match prove worthwhile all along watching the game with no regrets.

For Liverpool fans, even though they lost. They should not be ashame cause their team never stop trying until the end of the match. The introduction of former Roma player, Alberto Aquolani who is making his debut after months of injury in the last 15 minutes signal his return in strenghtening the Liverpool midfield line in their coming league matches.

Meanwhile good news for Arsenal, Samir Nasri ( picture ) also mark his returns into the Arsenal side after long injury before the starts of the season. He does looks sharp and ready. The midfielder played the whole 90 minutes  with  no signs of  any  injury.

But the night will be long remember by the Spanish young left midfielder Fran Merida who was recently  reported on a move to La Liga. He scored  Arsenal first goal and play his part in the build-up setting  Nicklas Bendtner scoring the winning goal. The quarterfinal draw will be held on Friday (tomorrow). Good luck Arsenal
