ARSENAL MADE ONE `LAST CALL' FOR MARK SCHWARZER TOP STORY




ARSENAL launch one last bid -  for Fulham goalkeeper, Mark Schwarzer before the  transfer window close

today. The Gunners reported had tabled out a new fresh bid up  close to £4million to bring Schwarzer to the Emirates.

Hleb completes Birmingham moveBirmingham have signed former Arsenal midfielder Alexander Hleb on a season-long loan deal. The 29-year-old is Blues' sixth summer signing and the second on deadline day after they also completed a deal for defender Martin Jiranek this afternoon. Hleb made 89 appearances for Arsenal before leaving the club to join Barcelona two years ago.
