ARSENAL HOME FORM MUST IMPROVED

MAROUNE Chamakh still believes Arsenal will bounce back after their disastrous 2-3 defeat  against Spurs in the North London derby match at the Emirates last Saturday.

Former Bordeaux striker said the current Arsenal side is still not at their best of form and once they did everything will fit in nicely into their places.

"We had two tough away matches against Wolves and Everton within 5 days and most of us also involved with their respective countries in the international friendly matches all over Europe.

"So it was quite taxing but that is not an excuse for the defeat. We must learn and foremost is the Champions League Match against Braga on Tuesday which is quite crucial as we need to confirm our place in the next round.

"We were too careful after taking a 2-0 lead against Spurs thinking ahead of our next Champions League match by not taking risk of any injuries. But we paid heavy price for it and eventually gave away the match.

"We had a sleepless night for giving away such a great opportunity to go top of the league and feel sorry to our fans. But we assured them we will definitely come back much stronger in the coming matches especially at home, " said Chamakh who scored his sixth Premier League goals against Spurs.
