ARSENAL'S FAIRY TALE STUFF

ARSENAL players celebrating...Chamakh, Walcott, Koscileny and Giroud
WHAT a night. What a grand finish. Two hours of top class football fill with drama, passion, glory and the agony of defeat. Goals extravaganza pure class entertainment of football.Never seen such a dramatic come back made by Arsenal before for so many years under Arsene Wenger.

Dejected Arshavin after Reading lead 4-0
Four goals down under just half an hour. Its seems that Arsenal journey in the Capital One Cup looks almost going down in the drain. Total disaster is already written on the wall for the Gunners after bagging a home one-nil win on Saturday against bottom-place QPR from two previous defeat and now to get stuck back once again is just hard to swallow.
But hold your breath. Then suddenly before the break out of nowhere came a lifeline, Theo Walcott deliver in a goal to give a glimpse of hope for those die hard Gunners fan who are still remain at the Madejski Stadium for the remaining 45 minutes.
Substitute, Oliver Giroud coming on for youngster Serge Gnabry reduced the deficit 4-2. Late in the match defender Laurent Koscielny made amends for his own goal earlier made it 4-3 before Carl Jenkinson took the match into extra-time a minute later.
Walcott screamer
The nearly forgotten striker Maroune Chamakh put Arsenal for the first time in the lead 5-4 but Pavel Pogrebnyk level the tie at 5-5. With the match heading towards a penalty-shootout deep in injury time, Walcott put Arsenal back in the lead 6-5. The home side push everything forward in searching for the equaliser but Chamakh sealed the tie for Arsenal with his second of the night as a reminder to the Gunners fan that he still far from finished. Oh what a night to be remembered. Stunning come-back, breathtaking full of action and drama. Witnessing the agony of defeat towards Brian Mcdermott's side who played really well in the first 35 minutes only sympathy wish for them and their fans.
